The child has no ability to consent to any arrangement. Children are usually consulted if there is a legal challenge, separation or intervention in the relationship. Unless the relationship is abusive in some way, it is difficult to imagine why a child would want to leave its parents, whatever their sex.
This argument is only slightly less insulting to the intelligence than the one that gays are free to marry anyone they like, provided they are of the opposite sex.
One doesn't consent to have one's parents.
P.S. Single people can adopt children, even single people in homosexual relationships. Why should their being married change the equation?

Not quite: it's as long as third parties aren't adversely affected. Multiple studies demonstrate that children raised in families where the adult heads of the household are of the same gender suffer no adverse consequences as a result.
So when your little larva says "Mummy I don't WANT to go to Church!" you're gonna be cool because forcing it to go would violate consent, right?

And yet, if we were to ever ask when a child consented to be raised as Christians, Jews, or Muslims...
Or hell, when does any child, adopted or otherwise, consent to being raised by their parents in any fashion whatsoever?
If you think raising a child is a sexual act odds are the feds ought to be looking at you.
No-one consents to the parents they are born with, dumbass!
