your child needs you and so does your husband. stay home and create a beautiful home for your family with the warmth that only you can create. your husband needs you to be his helpmate, not a rag that comes home after a long day's work. 1. Actually, "women should also work in the factories" was started by necessarity and industrialists, since women (and children) were even cheaper to exploit than men. Feminists then demanded that women should receive the same pay as men, that the roles in child-rearing should not be assigned by such an irrelevant criterion like genitalia(apart from the pregnancy, obviously), and that it should be easier to return (after pregnancy, after raising the children at least in the early years, should the breadwinner become invalid or die)
2. So men are incapable of being "warm"? How do you know that she is good at raising children, or at least better than her husband?

Assuming you can afford a single income economically, you must make your choice based on your personal preferences, because there can be no blanket answer to such a question.
