Actually the mom, Obama’s mom, whom Obama portrays as this Midwestern girl from Kansas, but really no, she became an atheist and a leftist and at times even almost a communist, she would say things like ‘what’s wrong with communism?’ and she wanted to marry a Third World anti-American guy and in succession she married two of them. She was the one that cultivated in Obama this sort of anti-capitalist and somewhat anti-American ideology and then of course Obama, once it took, throughout his life would go looking for other guys, mentors, surrogate fathers if you will, who are like his dad and like his mom and then he would study under them and learn chapter and verse of this Third World ideology.

Actually Dinesh D'sousa, who portrays himself as a christian, actually no, he is an anti-Catholic cultist devil worshipper who denies the doctrines of the real religion as preached by the Holy Father Pope in Rome
You may hate hearing this, Dinesh, but I'm gonna say it anyway:
There's a black man in the White House, and you don't like it. Chances are, he'll be there for four more years. He's not a communist, not anti-American, and insulting his parentage and upbringing will do you no good. In fact, it makes your side look more like racist douches.
God forbid we have a free-thinking, black, worldly, curious, intelligent person in the White House. He's still a politician, which by sheer definition means he's arrogant and pro-capitalism, but at least he's aware that the world extends beyond the borders of the US.
As opposed to... who? Mrs. Mitt the Tit. A Barbie wannabe (and just as plastic & superficial).
A woman who has never worked, nor brought in a living wage in her life.
Yeah. That's being 'in touch' with the US electorate. Meanwhile, there are women holding down two jobs (as are their husbands/partners, no doubt) just to make ends meet, and keep a roof over their heads, and their kids in clothes/food in their stomachs, etc etc...
My mother had a 'take it or leave it' attitude to religion (my father was an Atheist). Only going to church for weddings/christenings/funerals (the get-togethers afterwards being infinitely more important, natch). She was a cook at an RAF pilot traoning station in WWII. Then later a school cleaner, and a barmaid. She voted Labour, like my father, as do her children, so yes, we are -as you say, 'Leftists'.
Our family never starved.
Midwestern girl from Kansas, but really no, she became an atheist and a leftist and at times even almost a communist
So an atheist and a leftist and at times even almost a communist can't be a Midwestern girl from Kansas? Or vice versa?
Are all Midwestern girls from Kansas barefoot and pregnant fundamentalist Christians who can't read and write and cook grits all day?

Maybe in your world.
she became an atheist and a leftist and at times even almost a communist
Complete fascists vs. almost communists? What about the almost atheist scientists?
"He can't take the high horse and then claim the low road." -- George W. Bush
Two things seem ridiculous to me. First, if he was so anti-American, why did he work so hard to become the president of the very country he hated?. Why would his mom divorce his father and step-father and relocate in America where her children would be raised by their maternal grandparents?
Ok, let's set things into perspective.
Dinesh D'Souza is a smart yet misguided man in the private sector.
Barack Obama is president of the United States of America.
I think that says enough.
"...and she wanted to marry a Third World anti-American guy..."
Gosh darn Dinesh, that's *gasp* miscagenation a Kansas girl with "third world" man - go on, say what you really mean!
This is the crap behind that "Obama 2016" movie. Nothing but a bunch of lies and speculation. "Obama's father's onetime friend believes America is evil, therefore Obama must believe America is evil."
@LDM
I'm a Midwestern girl from Kansas and a leftist atheist. Not everyone in this state is a xenophobic fundie.
As a Midwestern boy from Kansas and a moderate atheist, I can honestly say that it's just the thousands of bad apples that spoil it for the other few dozens of us.
"portrays as this Midwestern girl from Kansas, but really no". Well, she was a Midwestern girl from Kansas. Being Midwestern and from Kansas doesn't preclude being a leftist or an atheist, believe it or not.
I'm sick of this "Obama is anti-capitalist" nonsense. If he was truly anti-capitalist, he wouldn't have got anywhere near the presidency of the United States. His presidential campaign was in fact supported by some of the wealthiest people on earth.
He's just simply, on some issues, slightly left-of-centre, in accordance with a thing called reality.
How disgusting for the Indian D'Souza to use the code word "Third World" when he means merely black.
If anyone wants to see more of D'Souza's nutjobbery, look up the film 2016: Obama's America. It has "the producer of the Oscar-winning film, Schindler's List," because that totally means something.

I looked it up. "D'Souza discusses Obama's father, Barack Obama, Sr., and what D'Souza describes as Obama Sr.'s anti-colonialist views of the British Empire. This, according to D'Souza, explains why Obama supposedly rejects American exceptionalism and why D'Souza believes he is attempting to "reshape America"." Wow, that is bullshit. "How dare Obama's father object to criminal oppressions of entire peoples!"
It won't be long and they will bare any American that traveled abroad from entering the country again, and they'll confiscate your passport and built a big wall on all borders of the United States to keep the evil from coming in. And they'll teach you people that all of the world is against you, and all of the world hates you.
Yes, Dinesh, I just eqated you to the bullshit North Korea is spouting to their people.
I think Dinesh D'Souza is just really, really jealous Obama is smarter, cooler, and President instead of him.
And what's wrong with being an atheist and a leftist? My own mother is both, in addition to being pro-gay, anti-racist, and a feminist. She's also a nurse-practitioner who is one of the most experienced in her field, phenomenally intelligent and compassionate, and who has done incredible things for her fellow human beings. She's advocated for people who are poor and disenfranchised and she's worked on preventing malaria with the UN and the WHO.
But I guess helping other people, being compassionate, and working hard to make the world a better place counts as "third-world ideology" so she's bad for doing what she does. Never mind that she's one of the best, brightest and fiercest women I've ever had the privilege to meet.

That’s strange, I think I could think of a few American presidents and other revered statesmen that also had “anti-colonialist views of the British Empire”, so much so that they led an armed revolution against it
I don't understand; does Kansas move somewhere else if you become an atheists and a leftist, and are only Conservatives allowed to be Midwestern girls? I'm a woman from Sweden's West Coast, and a Socialist. But, I know Communists, Liberals and Conservatives, and Nationalists, from there too, so one has little or nothing to do with the other.
Confused?
