The reason why I don't worship the earth like Liberals do is because I know Jesus is coming back. Most liberals believe that the earth will end because of global warming, when in fact the earth never ends, just ask Jesus.

Jesus promised to return 2000 years ago, read your bible.
Also, Earth Day does not advocate worshiping the Earth, any more than "spring cleaning" worships your house.
I know this is old, but I couldn't resist.
The world will probably still exist despite global climate change. Humanity is a different story, however. Perhaps you think you'll be magically whisked away into the sky any day now, but it hasn't happened yet. It would seem that a little long term planning might be appropriate.
I asked, but Jesus must still be dead, since no answer was received.
The planet will probably remain more or less in its orbit until the Sun explodes, but the biosphere has become stressed by human activities and their byproducts.
Never say never.
Look, I don't even like nature. I'm quite fond of development, so much that I'd like it to go on for as long as possible.
If responsible management of or only planet is required, I guess that can't be helped.
"The reason why I don't worship the earth like Liberals do"
Here in the UK, I vote Labour (centre left ), as opposed to the Conservatives (centre-right ). The Liberal Democrats are 'middle-of-the-road'. To my knowledge, none of such political parties (thus by definition I, as a Labour voter) don't 'worship the earth'. How can I possibly 'worship' anything , if I'm an Atheist?! Americentric, or just stupid much, SuzyJ27?
"is because I know Jesus is coming back"
Yeah, about that. Better ask Harold Camping about absolutely, for sure , knowing.
Fine. Get a signed document that says that Jesus will intervene before our world becomes an uninhabitable toxic waste cesspool, and I will shut up. Until then, I will work on empirical evidence, and assume that this is the only world we have, and that we need to make it last for our children, and their children, and so forth.
Ok, how are we going to ask Jesus?. And most importantly, what if the planet is a shit when he ever returns, that you must recognise that it´s impossible to know?. If you want to live in an inhabitable waste, that´s your problem.
Confused?
