Half a million dollars in actual, physical coin and banknotes? I can’t imagine that this would be even remotely practical. Also, don’t you claim to be a billionaire? Why don’t you pay from your own pocket for your own misconduct of your own cause of the crooked practices of your own private business, rather than appropriating the hard-earned money your loyal followers have entrusted to you for the Republican political campaign?
Dude, you never even raised your own money for campaigning, you just browbeated the RNC into giving you a lot more than your share of general campaign funds. Which you are now spending on legal fees. If you manage to pay for all of the fines using campaign funds, which is illegal, instead of selling off some properties, well… that’s all on you. And also the source of a potential future court case. This isn’t a plot to drain your campaign funds, you’re just too stupid and greedy to come up with any other motivation.
And thanks to this blathering, the NY court is calling Trump’s lawyers in to ask them a simple question; who is lying? Is Trump lying in this “Truth”, or are his lawyers lying that he doesn’t have the money?

Yeah, I’ve been asking myself that same question. I mean, genuinely good people like Akira Toriyama, who bring joy and inspiration to countless people with their hard work, die at much younger ages than idiotic, selfish, scamming assholes like Trump, who bring only war, famine, death, and strife, and who can’t even be bothered to take care of his own health.
…It’s honestly extremely depressing.
And I’m not just saying that as a fan of Dragon Ball and manga in general. Toriyama’s work did inspire a lot of people and helped bridge the cultural gap between the west and the east.
You know, I like to believe that there is no such thing as pure “evil” in the world. That even bad people aren’t born that way but became that; that in a very different life perhaps even Hitler or Stalin could have done good things. That you shouldn’t hate but love. That everyone who missteps deserves at least a second chance. That most bad things come from the best of intentions.
To quote Skyrim’s most impactful line; “What is better, to be born good or to overcome your evil nature to great effort?”
But then… Then I look at Donald Trump. An asshole who was pretty much BORN an entitled, dumb, narcissistic sociopath. A douche who throws away EVERY SINGLE CHANCE of redemption he could get because he’s too arrogant to grasp he could have even done something bad in the first place. A jerk who willingly perpetuates the cycle of abuse and hatred he grew up in just to get attention. A dick who does NOTHING with good intentions, only catering to his own, selfish whims.
And then I think, “Boy, the universe just loves to prove me wrong, doesn’t it?”
