As "sin" does not exist, your statement is untrue. However, some behaviors deemed sin in the Bible can cause genetic abnormalities in humans. Incest comes to mind.

Why punish the children for the sins of their parents (assuming, for argument's sake, that sin exists)? Punishing someone who hasn't even been born because some mythical asshole some 6000 years ago (if we allow your bullshit calendar) did something stupid is just? I think not.

It's not sin, you dunce. It's called a mutation. A mutation is a change in the chemical [in this case genetic] make-up of a chromosome. It has got nothing to do with your fairy-tale concept of sin. If it did then how would it be possible to produce and replicate those changes in laboratories? Here's a hint: they do not use a tank of concentrated sin.
If jebus already took away our 'sins', then why is there still defects and sin? Why did god allow all people in the past, present and future to have defects? Papabear, I seem to recall that the bible takes a somewhat relaxed view of incest compared to most other forms of "sin".

God gave people genetic diseases, diseases that would affect their offspring for generations, because they were bad? Yep, sounds about right.
