Why do atheists ONLY have a problem with Christianity?
They hate truth, but accept lies.
They also hate Christians because we share the gospel of Jesus Christ (as the Holy Bible instructs us to) with boldness and confidence. They do all they can to discredit men and women of God, but God's word stands true FOREVER. Let God be magnified and glorified in ALL that we do. Amen.

I don't believe in the Christian god.
I don't only have a problem with Christianity. I don't believe in any gods of any religion, and this is the single defining trait of all atheists. The only one and you got that wrong.
You think that atheists have a special relationship with Christianity, because you live in a predominantly Christian society. The atheists of the Middle East interact more with Islam. The atheists of Israel interact more with Judaism. The atheists of India interact more with Hinduism.
You are not special. Not to us. Not to anyone. You are just like hundreds of other religions around the world. The same amount of evidence. The same religious texts. The same sense of self-importance. You're just too insular to see it.
As an atheist, I don't have a problem with Christianity. I don't have a problem with any religion, so long as they respect my decision not to follow one.
The reason I'm guessing you think we do is that you only care when we're criticizing Christianity

Of course another upside of not believing in gods and angels is that I don't believe in devils and demons either. Or witches or heaven or hell or magic or prayer or any other childish woo.

If you ever went to church you know no one has to help them, they're hypocrites and you condone that to be in the club.
A fish knows that it's in water. It can feel it, it can see it, it can jump out of it, and land back into it. It would be akin to humans denying the existence of air. We have means of sensing it. Gods, however, we cannot.

Two things that I'd like to point out that makes Lady Checkplease's statement false.
I'm pagan and I have a problem with a lot of the ideals of Christianity. I also have a problem with some of it's followers.
Christianity isn't the only religion atheists have a problem with.

Bullshit! we've been known to debunk Scientology and Islam too. Indian atheists have been known to debunk Hinduism.
We have a problem with whatever religion is curantly being combined with politics and in doing so fucking everything up for everyone.
