We now predict a terrorist Dirty Bomb or Nuclear Bomb will hit the UN plaza in Midtown Manhattan on 2007Tebbeth23 (Sundown Tuesday January 16th 2007 to Sundown Wednesday January 17th 2007)
If nothing happens by the end of Tebbeth i.e. by January 23/24, 2007, then we again really really do run out of options in our present understanding.

This is the disclaimer that has gone up on top of their front page -
Stop Press! We were wrong again, that was our 24th nuclear prediction error. Phrasing this positively, the good news is that even according to our apocalyptic understandings/misunderstandings, there will be no terrorist nuclear bomb or dirty bomb anywhere in the world before January 16th/17th 2007!
I have known a couple of people chasing some strange ideas from time to time, but none so bizarre.

No shit, Sherlock.
Until these people actually admit that their "calculations," "interpretations," or whatever are complete bovine fecal matter, their "present understanding" remains woefully incomplete.

They keep swinging, and they keep missing. Ummmm, that's because the ball's a figment of their imagination. It's not even light coming through a window.
Here's my first prediction for 2007.

This doesn't mean they'll give up. One week later they'll come back with their radically new reinterpretation and a date in March.
At the very least, what this means is that the Bible is pretty worthless for predicting future events. Even if the 24th time's the charm, it means that the predictions are so vague that they can only be interpreted correctly once in 24, or 4% of the time. Meteorologists have a better track record than that.

You know, given their track record, I'm going to lay really low, and stay away from crowded areas until after the 17th. 'Cause if they're saying it ain't going to happen, well...they're always wrong, aren't they?
From 16th, to 17th, to the 23rd and the 24th all in one prediction. There seems like a lot of options to me but then what do I know about predicting future events with the bible.
Either way: 5 days and you'll see how wrong you are.
Welp, it's now 6:23 Eastern time, well past sundown, on January 24th. I guess the predictive power of the Bible is inexplicably wrong again.
Confused?
