One small problem with your little jack-off fantasy there, Vincent. All American queerfolk have second-amendment rights, and plenty of us have a concealed-carry license, too.

The Supreme Court cannot completely ban abortion; all they can do is return it to the states, as it was before Roe. It’ll remain legal in at least 11 states, which will probably see an increase in tourist dollars as women from the red states travel to get the medical help they need.

BTW, I still haven’t seen any mention of how we are going to take care of all the kids that will be born when Roe is overturned. I’m betting that the elections of 2026 and 2028 will see a lot of candidates talking about the increase in welfare babies and even more overcrowded classrooms.

Yeah problem is the majority of this nation doesn’t agree with you and the second you try this you will get a uprising and YOU will be the ones thrown off buildings instead.

Maybe. I'm not so sure. If they find that fetuses are people with a right to life, bye bye abortion. At this point, Alito and like-minded justices can't be relied upon to make rulings grounded in sound reasoning. All they really care about is that they now have the power to eliminate all rights they disapprove of, regardless of what the constitution actually says.

If they ban sodomy, does that mean they'll take Ezekiel 16:45-49 in their arguments? Choose fucking well.

Yep, but the Republicans are openly talking about crafting a law banning abortion across the USA, and passing it if they can gain control of both sides of the US Congress. Of course, Joe Biden would never sign it.

normally, I’m against advocating for violence on the internet. But this disgusting sh#t makes me reconsider that. If what OP said was going to happen, I would absoloutly support violent action. If you want your theocracy exterminating LGBT-people, you will have to take it over my dead body, even if I have to travel to the US for that.

First, all that draft would do had it been really enacted would be to return the decision on the legality of abortion to the various jurisdictions (along with Congress for the territories).
