He is rather late to the party, as there already have been several false flags over the last few years, like the Boston Marathon and Newton school shootings.
You may also notice have the State Run Media is ramping up their "reporting" of a new shooting nearly every day.
As for another OK City bombing, I am surprised it is taking so long for the government to cook one up. I suppose they will wait until close to the 2014 elections for maximum effect.
