Quote# 97626

Nazification was Hitler and the Nazis’ successful attempt to make all of Germany a Nazi State and every German citizens a Nazi by using proven tactics like Gleichschaltung (forcing into line) and Weltanschauung (Nazi worldview). Similarly, under today’s Progressive Revolution since the 1850s, the Democrat Socialist Party has totally embraced Machiavelli’s “the end justify the means,” “Might makes right,” or as Lord Acton wrote of Machiavelli, “State [and federal] power is not bound by moral law,” which can only be achieved through the liberal lie: separation of church and state. Book burnings then, Obamacare now, were simply a dramatic means to achieve these socialist ends.

The caption in the image above was perhaps written around 1943 and says that, “Ten years ago the Nazis burned these books … but in America we can still read them.” Although this statement tried to distinguish America from Nazi Germany, it is only partially true today. Why? Because while in a de jure (legal) sense America today doesn’t burn books, in a de facto (unofficial) sense through our book publishing industry, our literary agent industry, our media, our education system, our politics, our legal system and throughout culture and society, their exists an existential book burning, happening on a much greater scale by the Democrat Socialist Party, a scale the Nationalist Socialist Party could only dream of 80 years ago under Hitler and the Nazis. In modern times today, leftists creates this book burning atmosphere by deconstructing, perverting and destroying conservative ideas, particularly those out of the Judeo-Christian tradition of intellectual thought … without lighting one match or igniting one torch. Hitler would be pleased!

Only in such an anti-God, anti-intellectual society as America has devolved into during the Age of Progressivism (1860–present) and in the Age of Obama (2009–present) are Heine’s prophetic words tantamount to those of Moses, Isaiah and St. Paul when he wrote, “Where books (ideas) are burned, they will, in the end burn people, too.”

Nazification was Hitler and the Nazis’ successful attempt to make... every German citizens a Nazi...
You know, not every German was a Nazi. The fact that there was a german resistance movement tells us that much.

Hitler would be pleased!
No, he wouldn't, because those books can still be read, something that Hitler wouldn't want.

Erm, the American Democrats are NOT socialists, they're definitely right-wing.

Remind me; who was it that more or less bought the election in 2000? Was that the "Democratic Socialist Party"? Or was it the “Nationalist Republican Party”? Who made sure that a lot of poor and black people were removed from the voting lists in the election after that? (Voters, in short, that might vote for the “wrong” party and should therefore not have the right to vote, according to their “reasoning”. Hitler would be pleased!)

You do know that the Nazis would have called Obama a subhuman or a half-animal, right?

Hitler would NOT be pleased with destruction of conservative ideas out of the Christian tradition of intellectual thought, as he was a ultra-right-wing creationist Christian. He would remove the "Judeo-" part, of course.

Dearie, America is one of the most Christian nations on Earth. It’s extremely hard to get anywhere in politics as an atheist in your country.

Who said "Dictatorships. Why can't we have one of those?" It wasn't Obama.

No, you not finding a publisher for whatever excuse for a real book you wrote is not the same as Nazis burning books.

And even if it was, it is not even true that conservative and Christian authors cannot be published. Even if we wouldn’t have books like Bill O’Reilly’s “Killing [insert president’s name here]” and other books in the bestseller lists, we live in the dawning of the era of the Kindle and the e-book. Anyone who is halfway computer-literate can self-publish a book today.

In modern times today, leftists creates this book burning atmosphere by deconstructing, perverting and destroying conservative ideas, particularly those out of the Judeo-Christian tradition of intellectual thought … without lighting one match or igniting one torch.

There are people in this world that have opinions different from you. Grow up and learn to live with it, cry-baby.

Hitler would be pleased!

Fuck you, asshole.

you do know that the Bush presidency never happened, right? 9/11 (non 9-1-1 as those stupid conspiracy nuts and Republicans call it) happened on Clinton's watch, and the person who uttered those words was surely Obama!

There is a difference between the existential information death intended in burning books (is this even possible, given electronic media?) and a market that just doesn't want to consume the twaddle you spew. It is in fact more oppressive to demand others pay attention to your bullshit, given the opportunity cost created by such a time synch. You burn their ability to do something else. AKA darken our doors no longer.

Yep, only evil secular governments burn books and people. That's why the Dark Ages, with Christians burning countless books and thousands upon thousands of Jews, pagans, and Christian "heretics" never happened.

Ok first of all let's correct the ignorant prick on some things:
1. Gleichschaltung doesn't mean "forcing into line", it can mean pretty much everything from coordination phasing of something. For example, if the 16 different Länder in Germany used different methods of managing unemployment data and they sat down and made that into one system, that would be "Gleichschaltung". "gleich" means "equal" "the same" and "schaltung" is a noun from "schalten" which means "to switch" or "to shift".
2. Weltanschauung is not the Nazi worldview, it's the German word for worldview - actually worldview comes from the German Weltanschauung. And as for that, Weltanschauung can not be a tactic.
3. Did you little piece of stupid ever look up what books were burned by the Nazis? Here's hint: It wasn't the Bible, but Marx, Einstein, Liebknecht, Luxemburg, Heine, Brecht, Kafka, Lessing, Helen Keller, H.G. Wells, Huxley, Lenin and Leon Trotsky.

"In modern times today, leftists creates this book burning atmosphere by deconstructing, perverting and destroying conservative ideas, particularly those out of the Judeo-Christian tradition of intellectual thought … without lighting one match or igniting one torch. Hitler would be pleased!"
Yeah, because you know, Hitler let the communists keep publishing stuff... They were thrown in prisons, consentration camps, starved, hunted, executed and went into the underground to fight the Nazis - but you know Hitler just couldn't stop them from publishing books and puting them into book stores. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST HAVE YOU NO IDEA OR IMAGINATION HOW PEOPLE HAVE LIVED THROUGHOUT HISTORY OR AROUND THE WORLD?*

How right Heine was.

*That reminded me of the time I had to explain to an American conservative that the laws of the market concerning ascertainment of prices don't really apply in socialist economy - were not only are prices are fixed but also monetary policy.

"The caption in the image above was perhaps written around 1943 and says that, “Ten years ago the Nazis burned these books … but in America we can still read them.”

It referred to the Nazis' burning of Karl Marx's "Das Kapital" and "The Communist Manifesto"; also "On the Origin of Species" by Charles Darwin.

The caption in the image below speaks volumes about you and all your right-wing Fundamentalist Christain ilk:

If you hate what Karl Marx and Charles Darwin wrote, then you are pro-Hitler. He hated Atheists, Left-wingers & Evolutionists too.

Hitler was a right-winger. Just. Like. You. [/Reverse-Godwin]

"in the Age of Obama (2009–present) are Heine’s prophetic words tantamount to those of Moses, Isaiah and St. Paul when he wrote, “Where books (ideas) are burned, they will, in the end burn people, too.”

Why isn't there so much as word one of 'God', 'Jesus', 'Creator' & 'Marriage' verbatim within the US Constitution? I'll tell you why:

'I do not find in orthodox Christianity one redeeming feature'

'There is more need for lighthouses in our country than churches.'

'But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.'

'Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear'

-Thomas Jefferson

He - and the rest of the Founding Fathers - knew that the last time Church & State were indivisible, people were burned at the stake.

So we're going to existentially burn people at the stake?

I'd vastly prefer that to the literal burning-at-the-stake that's part of Christian history.
