And try to find "God", "Jesus", "Supreme Being", "creator", or any other reference to a supernatural entity. You can't do it. There is no mention of your god. This is *not* a Christian nation.

While we are on the constitution, here is what the framers wanted the president to say on entering office, "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Notice how "god" is missing.

Mudak isn't claiming that America is a Christian nation, but that it should be. Even though there are a lot of redundant statements in US law about this being a secular nation, down to the Treaty of Tripoli which specifically states "The United States is not a Christian nation."

A.K.A. never as it conflicts with the very first amendment in the Bill of Rights. And BTW, most of the supporters of freedom of religion are Christians; Christians who aren't whacked out zealots and understand that freedom of religion protects everyone, including Christians.

What's with the quotes? Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. are all just as much religions as Christianity. In fact, you'd be surprised by how similar they are to each other, especially the Abrahamic religions.

Okay, I'm fine with that. So long as Christianity isn't given a big spot light either. But I'm willing to bet that's not what you're asking for, but rather are asking for Christianity to get a giant spotlight and everyone else should sit on the side, am I right? In which case: go fuck yourself.

Check your history, Shortstack. Such amendments have been tried repeatedly throughout American history.

Hell, some of the founding fathers fought unsuccessfully to have pro-Christian text included in the constitution.
