This country is not a Muslim country.
No one is claiming that america is a muslim country except for some republifundies outright lies claiming that Obama said so.
It was founded as a Christian nation
Was it now? So would you care to point out the part of the constitution that says america is an exclusively christian nation? Would you care to point out where the words god, jesus, or christianity are located in the US constitution, in the founding document of the United States? Of course you can't. That's because they are not there. You would think that if the founding fathers had intended to establish a "christian nation" that they would has at least mentioned that in the constitution that was to serve as the basis for all law in the country.
the whole reason they even came here to be free to worship God
No, the pilgrims came here to escape religious persecution, not the founding fathers. The vast majority of the colonists came to america seeking riches and resources to exploit, and not because they were not "free to worship god". In fact the claim that anyone came to america because they "were not allowed to worship" is laughable on it's face since the majority of immigrants came from nations where christianity was nearly universal and any persecution they faced in their home countries was at the hands of their fellow christians and over petty doctrinal squabbles, not because they were oppressed by atheists or non-christians.
not allah.
You are aware that there are millions of christians in the arabic speaking world that refer to the christian god as "Allah". That's because the arabic word for "god" is "allah". The fact that you can't suss that out on your own speaks volumes about your xenophobia, your anglo-european bigotry, and your willful ignorance
If they don't want to worship God, then they should leave this country!
I was born here as a naturalized american citizen with all the rights that accompany it, and unlike you I have bothered the read and research the documents that serve as the basis for law and the rights of american citizens, and in that research I have yet to come across anything that could even remotely be construed as requiring any citizen to worship any "god", much less the christian "god".
Claiming that myself, or any other american citizen should "leave the country" because they don't worship your "god" goes against everything the founders stood for. The 1st Ammendment guarantees Freedom of Religion, not "freedom to be a protestant christian or GTFO". Had the founders meant for america to be a country that requires it's citizens to worship the christian "god", or any other "god", then they would have spelled that out clearly in the constitution. You put forth this fiction that you know "what the founders 'really' meant", but it flys in the face of what they codified as law, and reveals yet another arrogant and ignorant bigot who thinks that because he believes something that he is therefore righteous when he forces that belief on others.
I am tired of all of them stealing our rights- atheists, Muslims,...
And just what rights, constitutional or otherwise, is my lack of belief or a muslims belief in the Qu'ran "stealing" from you? The Constitution of the United States does not guarantee you the right to have a uniformly christian society, nor does it give you the right to never be exposed to people of other faiths. So once again I ask you, What rights are atheists, muslims, or any non-christian "stealing" from you? What right did the founding fathers extend exclusively to christians?
The right to freedom of religion applies to everyone, no matter what religion or lack thereof. There is nothing, not a single sentence, anywhere in the constitution that references christianity or makes claims of supremacy for christianity, and your claims otherwise are simply fictional at best and outright lies at worst. For someone who claims to follow a religion that instructs it's adherents "Thou shalt not lie" your dishonesty is astounding.
