Quote# 138041

And that's the funny thing: I am bipolar with schizophrenia on top. I have brain damage. I can't even drive. No person would use me, but God does. It's even funnier when Ron comes along, blind, in his wheelchair. I am getting better distribution when he comes with me, lately.

Things aren't what they were. Used to be I could do 100 in an hour, now I am "lucky" to do 30 in an hour, but I keep going. Glad God can use me.

Pharaoh Bastethotep

You dehumanise yourself into a tool for an alleged ominous power from Beyond. What the hell is wrong with you?

So let me get this straight, you're happy that, because you're disabled, your deity would use you as a mere tool? You're happy if someone dehumanizes you?

Like Pharaoh said, what the hell is wrong with you!?

I mean, just because you have a disorder and such doesn't mean you need to see yourself as less than human, you know. Get professional help or something, but this is certainly not healthy behavior.

I have brain damage.

Yet your grammar, spelling, and composition are better than most 'normal' people. Could it be that you also have a problem with the truth?

I hate to defend any part of this, but it seems the OP has merely internalised a message society sends people like her loud and clear: 'You're damaged goods; burdens. Do the one good thing you can and drop dead.'

100 of what in an hour?

I do love it when the rapture ready people admit to brain damage. It saves me the trouble of saying it.

Here's a funny thing: When first diagnosed with ALS, Professor Stephen Hawking was told he would die in two years. That was decades ago.

He could drive an electric wheelchair: even with his eyes.

His whole body was damaged: yet within that damaged body was a mind that fuelled scientific discoveries - and technological advancement - for generations to come.

The sharpest tool in the shed, was he. The embodiment of reason.

Even funnier: He's now only the 6th non-royalty person buried & memorialised in Westminster Abbey by the Church of England.

Irony of ironies. Christians who openly admit that your BuyBull is mostly fable & metaphor; worse still for the likes of you BuyBull literalists & Cre(a)ti(o)nists: As they did with Evolution, with Charles Darwin being one of said (previous) five buried there, now Hawking's remains joining him in that central place of worship of the denomination which gave you fundies your KJV means that the C-of-E welcome the Big Bang with open arms: acknowledging that as proven scientific fact.

Your fundieism is what's wrong with you, SadAct(IQ)5.41. When Christians accept what is anathema to you lot on Ruptured Retards, it's Agnostics like Darwin & Atheists like Hawking who are having the last laugh.
