Self sacrifice.
If you were in a plane crash and you could save everyone except yourself OR you survive and everyone else dies -what would you do.
It would have to be some really bizarre way the plane was crashing to set up those circumstances, but let's just let that slide for now.
If the atheist is right you would be stupid to die.
To die for others you don’t even know,to give up all the brief existence you would ever have-what for?for the atheist there can be no reason it would be STUPID.
Speaking as an atheist, you would have to actually put me in that situation for me to be certain, but I could certainly see me making the decision that one life (mine) is less than the collective lives of the other passengers, so it would make sense for me to accept my death for that. Hell, it even sort of makes sense if I was as selfish as this guy thinks atheists are, as it's possible I would then be remembered for my noble self-sacrifice, instead of dying many years or even decades later and being forgotten.
Atheists making up some purpose, which amounts to self-delusion and not carrying their views to a logical conclusion .
Nope, merely what this guy thinks the logical conclusion is.
Belief in GOD and eternal life is better than atheism where life has no value or purpose.
Leaving aside the assertion that atheism dictates that life has no value or purpose, whether God and/or eternal life is better would vary according to the precise variant of God and/or eternal life being talked about here. However, even if it is, how the universe works and facts about the universe, such as whether God or life after death exists, is not determined by which answer is nicer.
A second problem is that if God does not exist and there is no immortality ,then all evil acts of men go unpunished and all sacrifices of good men go unrewarded. But who can live with such a view?
Evil acts of men are often punished by other humans. This is how most civilized societies work. Even if this weren't the case, again, the way the universe works isn't determined by whether or not it would be nice if it worked that way.
