In a manner of speaking, he is right, despite his best intentions. The reason a baby is made is because a sperm fertilizes an egg. The reason the woman gets raped is because the guy doing the raping has social \"issues\", to say the least. Well, that's the dumb and wrong way of saying cause and effect.
Sure, everything happens for a reason, but the reason is not a higher will. The reason is because whatever variables that needed to be fulfilled were in fact just that.
For instance, the egg coagulated because the water exceeded 68 degrees centigrade (if I remember correctly).
About making babies... You need to attend a couple of sex ed. and biology classes.
