The worst part is the follow up on that thread (from 2006 Jan 20, a couple of months after this brilliant \"advice\"). Apparently the 14-year-old daughter tried to commit suicide after threatening to run away with a friend.
And good lord, what the hell are the moderators doing over there? I've seen posts edited and removed there simply because they questioned the existence of demons...and yet advocating child abuse is A-OK?!

Okay, normally when I read quotes by the fundies we showcase here I feel, at most, some slight frustration at just how retarded human beings can be. This is sadly not the case here, I can say with all honesty that I feel a deep, teeth-gritting hatred towards this Marie O'S bitch (as well as several of the other dracorian assbags on that thread), this woman should not be allowed to procreate! She has lost her Ovum priviledges! Hell, she's lost her humanity priviledges! Throw her back into the primordial ooze where she belongs! I refuse to believe that these...people are of the same species as me! Typical Marie O'S bull, I tried to post advice on that same forum, it didn't go through . . I said basically support your daughter through this all, give her love because she'll need it now more then ever. It's amazing how that adivce was screened out but advice to beat her daughter out of this was allowed through. CF needs to tighten up it's advice and support section.

Oh God. This isn't just annoyingly stupid; this is DISGUSTING.
I try to be rational and understanding when fundies start to preach to me, because in most cases I like to think they're just deluded but trying to be helpful. People like these, though... I quite literally hate them. 'Hate' in the most literal sense possible, not the \"I hate American Idol\" sense. I hope people like these just fucking die. Their children deserve better than this.
