One third? lol. 99% of the American population uses cars, running water, electricity, and police and fire service. All those roads, pipes, and power lines didn't build themselves, and those police officers and firefighters don't pay themselves. Unless you consciously choose to refrain from using these bastions of socialism (and that includes the Internet, which obviously requires electricity and was invented by people working for the government), kindly stfu. These things aren't automagically not "government handouts" because you actually use them and don't associate them with poor people.
Hell, that "government teat" ain't big enough until the number of homeless and hungry people in this country is zero (not withstanding the infinitesimal minority of people who actually, legitimately choose to be those things, e.g. those who wish to live their lives as extreme ascetics). I have yet to see a president in my time propose such "radical" ideas as everyone having access to food, water, shelter, medical care, and higher education regardless of ability to pay for them, with such things being guaranteed as Constitutional rights. If you people are sent into mouth-frothing fits of impotent rage by a lukewarm centrist president who has very slight left-leaning tendencies at best, then I can't imagine what a real, shameless, and unapologetic leftist in the White House would make you do.
And that's why I'd really prefer that delusional jackasses like you not have guns to cling to.

The closest we have ever come to a totalitarian dictatorship was with the passage of the PATRIOT ACT, and that happened under Bush's watch. Most of what's in it had previously been shot down as being too detrimental to personal rights and liberties. Then, of course, there's Bush himself who apparently was under the impression that he was some sort of Dictator and whatever he said went.

"The government teat". Do people like this have any idea what would happen if you got rid of welfare? There would be starvation, pure and simple. There would be a drastic diminution of basic human rights. There would also be a concomitant increase in the power and wealth of corporations.
It astounds me that people can be against such a tiny re-balancing of the scales, so that things can happen like children not going to bed hungry.
This is so extreme and dramatic that it's just ridiculous. He starts off by talking about aliens, and that's about where his level is: Fiction. He sees everything in dramatic, life and death, black and white terms. Instead of the fiction of aliens, he believes in the fiction that Obama is "Marxist-Leninist". The rest of the language is ugly, clumsy, confused, ill-spelled, and ill-thought-out.
In any other country, Americans, this guy would be just an idiot, soaking up beer in the corner of a bar. In America, he's an idiot who is probably armed to the teeth, and he has a major political party which panders to him and uses him for votes.
One last thing; this "enemy within" language has parallels with some of the worst regimes in history, and usually goes hand in hand with some sort of racist scapegoating, which, sure enough, is the subtext here.
