There is a local and very controversial Christian addiction "clinic". The first thing they do when someone checks in, after confirming that they are pious enough to be accepted in said program, is to send them to a quack who prescribes antidepressant and anti anxiety medication whether the victim is diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety disorders or not. Anyone who refuses the medication or displays any doubts about the religious indoctrination are booted from the program.
