Even if it is, then homosexuality is natural because there are numerous animals which have homosexual relationships.
If you knew anything about government, you would know that judges don't get impeached. And just because they issue rulings you don't agree with doesn't mean they should be brought up on charges.

I wonder if in 200 years people will look back, see the conservative talking points and conclude that "Marxist" means "something I really disagree with" (after all, that usage of the word FAR outnumbers the proper use of the term). Those animals with currently high estrogen levels assume "feminine" sexual roles.
Lizards that perform the courtship ritual have greater fecundity than those kept in isolation due to an increase in hormones triggered by the sexual behaviours. So, even though asexual whiptail lizards populations lack males, sexual stimuli still increase reproductive success.

There is nothing in the Constitution supporting the "laws of nature", whatever the fuck they are. Also, homosexuality has been seen in many species of animals, so it's perfectly natural, unlike the device you used to post your idiotic comment. There's nothing wrong with two consenting adults having sex in private. It would be unjust to deny people equality based on something that they cannot change.

If you're asserting that homosex is evil because the Bible says so, how do you feel about the laws put forth in the OT about killing children for speaking against their parents?
Sodomy is always a Vice and can not be promoted by Laws which by very definition in the Constitution, have to be JUST LAW.
You know what else are vices? Smoking and drinking alcohol to excess. Both of these are perfectly legal, yet you've made no mention of them here.
It's almost as though you've got a double standard or something...
