To be fair, the idea of using law to force Chick-fil-a (or whatever it is called) out of cities/etc just because of their stance on this issue would be... both wrong and unconstitutional. And some have called for that, including mayors.
But, at the same time, individuals deciding to boycott the place? Perfectly fine, that is how the system works, supporting individual freedom.
That was one of the whole points behind the US Constitution in the first place. A balance, a certain guaranteed level of rights for everyone so that the different factions wouldn't use government to destroy/persecute each other. How well that worked though... eh.

I will say, though, that it's funny to see the response of Christians when they're the ones being boycotted for a change. Especially when it's the head of the AFA, well-known for its many boycotts of corporate America for becoming gay-friendly, including an unsuccessful 9-year-long boycott of Pepsico.
