The real problem with the porn industry is the ruthless exploitation of women who often recieve little or no part of their pay.
Husbands, boyfreinds and pimps collect the money, while the women get punched for being "sluts", and sent in for more.
The porn industry is rife with drug abuse, violence, and coercion.
Some studios have chosen to regulate themelves, and to try to protect their female employees... but far too many are still running the same old program of ruthless exploitation.

This isn't all crazy, as a man who watches violent porn or those involving girls with shaved crotches, pigtails, and a tendency to carry teddybears or big lollypops is not anyone I'd want around my hypothetical daughter. While I think women and men alike can do better than the porn industry for a job it's their own expression of liberty to apply for it. I would like to see better protection and regulation on the matter, just like I'd like better regulation to protect illegal sex work.
Because let's face it, no matter how some of these people denounce things like porn or hooking, a lot of them still buy the product. They could stand to show some humility and try to protect the people they're buying.
