Why does the anus have to be "stinking"? Couldn't it be a clean anus? And why is it assumed that it must spread diseases? What if sensible precautions were taken? Also, attraction to the same sex is so widespread in humans, relative to other paraphilias, that it can't really be called "a perversion".
And a good proportion of O'Reilly's audience will be watching it, as I have done, because they just can't believe how dumb and biased and reactionary and aggressive he is. In other words, they're watching it for entertainment purposes, or to see just how dumb and right wing Fox can get, not for information.

Apparently, he has no cocept of hygiene. It's only basic respect to your sexual partner to make sure that you're fresh and clean from top to bottom. (Heh.)
Not to be indelicate, but girls have learned this. If you want a guy to give you oral sex, even if you shower every day, 90 percent of men will perfer you "just" showered. Of course 90 percent of men don't think about this when they want a blow job and we have to deal with salty sweaty balls.
