Wow! This guy has some serious problems.
Ok Rmaxd, here's the thing. I'm a relatively unattractive looking male who has a few obvious health problems. I dont have a so-called 6-pac, it's more like a small keg. My back gave out last year, and my one knee has been threatening to let go for a few years. So I kinda rely on a cane to help me get around.
But I can still get a woman to suck my dick without being asked to, or paid to.
It's called being a decent human being, and women do find it attractive.

You obviously have not been "getting any" lately, go to a real bar (not a nightclub) spend some bucks on drinks for you and whatever woman catches your eye. Make conversation with her, (not psychotic rants), take her home and (if your able to) screw her brains out, you'll very briefly feel much better afterwards.
For me it almost became a habit after my divorce, not bragging at all, there are just an awful lot of lonely people out there. Any reasonably presentable person with at least decent hygiene and who does not present as a lunatic should be able to get themselves a night of companionship pretty much any time they want.
Funny kind of, after I turned 40 I found that I could sleep with a different woman almost every night if I wanted to, something that during my highschool years had of course been only a fantasy.
I soon discovered that most fantasies should remain as such, in the glaring light of reality they just seem needy and perverse.

See, I know a guy who was, according to his own account, abused by misandrist social workers on a regular basis as a kid and told it was his own fault for being a man. He suffers from crippling OCD and mild autism, but he's sharp and responsible. He says things like the CDC has a study that proves the rape statistics are about equal if you account for cold manipulation as well as physical force, and I have to at least consider the possibility seriously.
You say this, you're a creep. Though I grant you serve to point up just how fucking dumb the misandrists sound. The fact that their estimation of the system is slightly more realistic can slightly obscure it if one lets one's guard down.
And these past two decades have been the best to be a woman in in all of history to date. Which is pretty cool. And I love the fact that people aren't scared of me and even in the present climate of fear, paranoia, and hatred of strangers, I can still say hello to small children in the street without earning much suspicion. I am a white woman and if that still means it's harder to get people to listen to me, at least it means no one's afraid of me. I own that and it is a great thing about my gender.
The fact that you believe that kind of thing makes you oppressed is a good reminder to carefully vet anything you perceive as evidence of prejudice in action, because confirmation bias is a mighty thing.

No, I don't regard MRA's by what anonymous people post on their forums, the same way I don't judge feminists by the SCUM manifesto or those crazies at Aroomofourown.
MRA's that I listen to are people like Girlwriteswhat, Thehappymisogynist, and Manwomanmyth on youtube.
The fact of the matter is, there are crazies and extremists in EVERY movement. If you were to judge every movement by the angriest and the loudest, EVERY movement would seem like the way you perceive the MRM's. It's like saying the Civil Rights movement was CLEARLY militant and dangerous solely because of the Black Panthers. Or that ALL Christians are obnoxious assholes because of Fred Phelps and Fundies. It's dishonest and disingenuous and honestly I expect better out of people who view this website.

It would be wrong to judge MRAs by the fringe--if not for the fact that MRAs themselves ARE the fringe. I have never come across a decent MRA in the three years since I first heard about the "movement". Those men who want equality for both sexes usually go by "feminists", "egalitarians", or by no name at all. MRAs have defined themselves by being vehemently anti-woman. As mentioned earlier, they really are like those who claim that whites or heterosexuals or Christians are "oppressed". The MRAs may have a point once in a blue moon, such as the gender roles men are expected to conform to, but blaming those gender roles on feminism instead of examining the actual cause of the problem: gender roles in general, makes them seem silly and reactionary.
The MRM is largely fueled by the hatred of women, not with a desire for equality for the sexes.

Then watch the youtube series by Manwomanmyth and Girlwriteswhat. There's two MRA's who're NOT women haters. Hell one of them IS a chick. The other is married. While they both view modern feminism as a bad thing, they're certainly not misogynists. Unfortunately, if one criticizes feminists or the legislation feminists put forward (or block) you're a misogynist.
I had a whole rant typed up but I deleted it because I realized that this isn't the place to talk about such things. This is a place to make snarky comments about what stupid things stupid people say. (Like Rmaxed.) I just ask that you, at the very least, spend a little time watching Girlwriteswhat's videos. They're quite good and I think you may find them convincing if you keep an open mind. (Also ignore the comments section. Youtube is filled with just as many 14 year old dumbasses as Spearhead.)
