Among social animals, some societies are male-dominated, others are female-dominated and some are gender neutral. Most insects are female dominated. And bonobo monkeys are most definitely female dominant and are among the best at conflict resolution in the animal kingdom.
Your argument is specious at best, and a false attempt at justification at worst.

In the majority of animals other than mammals, the female is larger than the male, and may be more aggressive.
Gender equality is therefore seemingly not only against human nature, but against biology.

He then goes on to commit a naturalistic fallacy, and seemingly to argue that the fact that men are stronger on average than women means that they should be entitled to rule over them.
Well, here comes a crude and predictable analogy. The Nazis were stronger than the Jews, therefore the Holocaust was justified.

You do realize that amongst animals, often the male's primary role it to protect (mostly through intimidation) and procreate. Otherwise, they are nearly usless and have very little actual leadership. Yes, they are larger and more aggresive. But that doesn't make them smarter or the defacto leader. In humans, for instance, men are in more leadership roles because they beat their way into them, some literaly, some figuratively. They have to. Though their brains are larger, it takes much more grey matter in the male brain to do less, and less efficiently, of what the female brain can do with less grey matter.
In short, STFU.

So reform judaism.
Most jews already take their religion with a grain of salt, so why not have them re-write the torah and talmud to reflect a more 21st century mindset.
