I am in complete agreement with you and complete disagreement with Diane Harvey on the subject of why chemtrails exist. Having studied population control issues for 11 years now, I think that there is a commitment by international leadership to dramatically lower the population by whatever means at their disposal. Fluoride, abortion, aspartame, birth control, vaccines, etc. are not enough. Former US Secretary of State Robert Mcnamara said as much in an explosive interview in "Paris Match" several years ago. It is too bad that Mcnamara did not notice that the densest part of the USA is Manhattan at rush hour, where the people are, for the most part, rich and well-fed; and that New Jersey, which is much more densely populated than Red China, also has a much higher income than Red China. My point: it's having more people that makes a wealthier population, not fewer of them.

Ugh! I don't get why people don't understand this!
The rich, well-fed people in Manhattan. Are they being fed using food grown within Manhattan? Is the money they make coming solely from buying and selling things within Manhattan? Nope, they rely on the fact that there is a surplus of food and goods in other places that they can buy and consume.
Your idea that population growth can be exponential relies on the idea that resources are infinite. If everywhere became as densely populated as Manhattan then the surplus would quickly dry up and only places that actually produce food would be able to feed themselves. Not to mention the fact that the more land you use housing all these people, the more agricultural land gets eaten up. And there's only a finite amount of land.
You could reclaim desert for a limited time, but reclaiming and maintaining desert is expensive, and wouldn't be sustainable en masse. Same goes for land reclaimed from the sea.

If the government really did want people to die, it would achieve its goals far easier and cheaper to remove all seat belt laws, raise the speed limits, remove safety regulations on automotive manufacturing, get rid of all anti-tobacco efforts, and get rid of the EPA and all anti-pollution laws. But no, they keep all this in place and fly hundreds of aircraft daily spraying people with something they invented in a lab from useless high altitudes, and then have to breathe in the same air everyone else is breathing, so no guarantee that they'll be spared.

This quote from "Miss C M Ross" is about nine years old and has been on the internet that long according to dates of atribution at the noted website. It surprises me that such paranoidal prattling could be sustained for so long without someone being financially responsible for that website's maintainance. Apparently there is money to be made in pandering to these irrational mutterings.
