While there is no actual "freedom of sex" amendment it's implied within our freedom of privacy which in turn is implied within several amendments in the Constitution. But it wasn't politicians that discovered those rights in the Constitution, it was the Supreme Court whose job it is to make sure the spirit and the letter of the Constitution is observed faithfully in our laws hence why idiots like Santorum and Bachmann can't ban pornography (well, that and the fact that only Congress can draft laws).

Yes, gay couples will raise gay children, just like straight couples always raise straight children. Also something about gay people infecting others with their gayness and their incapability to have a committed relationships (because every single straight relationship ever lasts forever and ever). It would probably be funny if I could understand what was happening.
There is one thing right about this screed though; Freud was a crank who has been discredited in every way for quite some time now, though his "findings" are hardly relevant to homosexuality anyway.
