Take a basic course in neurology, or heck, google "brain chemistry" or hell, even just "brain" for that matter. I think you'll find very quickly that thoughts, like this lovely one that you decided to post on the internet, are indeed quite physical.

Too much stupid to reply so I will just recommend studying physiology and psychology.
In a nutshell, the healthy living brain (physical) is required for all of that intellect. Even specific regions of the brain have been found to be control centers for various aspects of personality such as intellect, cognition, sensation, perception, emotion, and memory (just to name a few).
Please get a fucking education. Please.

"Thought" is an action, not a physical entity. You might as well say that evolution is false because "run" isn't a physical body part. However, every action we take, including thinking, requires the use of a physical body part such as the legs and brain and both of those can and do evolve.
