Wouldn't the "equal and opposite reaction" of heterosexuals allowing homosexuals to marry not be homosexuals allowing heterosexuals to marry? I don't think they control heterosexual marriage, but it seems like the would be the opposite reaction. I'm kinda stumped how allowing straight marriage would turn a city into a wasteland, but it's better not to try seeing any logic in a fundie post.

Actually, the states that have it have had fewer natural disasters (read: the wrath of God) than the states that don't. And the cash flow in the US tends to go from those states to the Bible belt and the Midwest (assistance, farm subsidies.) The blue states are the producers, backward red states are sponges.
