Nowhere near enough purple on that map.

Well, there are two things we could do: Ideally herd them all into Texas and seal the border (making sure they have no nukes within their lands), setting up a "Lord of the Flies" with Jeebus scenario.
Or we could send them out to other countries. How many can we put your country down for?

Actually, I'm pretty proud that my home state is becoming 'defiant' in regard to your hateful agenda/belief system.
Love knows no gender here and that's a beautiful thing.

...You do realize it's possible to defy someone without hating them, right? Believe it or not, I can imagine a situation where a dystheist isn't maltheistic (they don't think God is inherently depraved, just that his omnipotence is doing rather nasty things to his sanity, and everything would be better off once he's convinced to abjure that omnipotence).
Anyway, try to remember that even if it were a sin, it'd be a very mild sin--merely venial, no way to be mortal--compared to the usual spawn of Wrath and Pride. I realize you think you can get away with assailing homosexuality because there's no way you can in turn be judged guilty of it, but there's no reason why you can't simultaneously guide those corrupted by Wrath, Avarice, et al. away from those maladies along with yourself, is there?

Last time I checked, "homosexuality" wasn't in the ten commandments; couldn't you direct your efforts towards real sins, like murder or theft?

GODDAMMIT VIRGINIA, STOP MAKING ME ASHAMED TO HAVE TO LIVE HERE.
Also, am I the only one that sees these kind of fundies as the Borg? "Resistance is futile... you will be assimilated."

> The rainbow is the sign of God's covenant with the earth, never to destroy all flesh again by a flood.
Which obviously raises the question:
why worry?
Indeed, why get worked up about "defiance"? If God has promised that there shall be no further horrible global massacres of His doing, why are you worried? Shouldn't you trust that if people are acting wrong, then God should logically find some
less violent
solutions to the problem? You know, being a supposedly almighty being could suggest that He can also find such a solution, couldn't it?
Or is your God a backstabbing nitpicky bastard that kills half the planet and says "what are you complaining about? I said no
floods,
, this is a
rain of hellfire
?" Why worship such an evil deity?
PS. I don't think I need to scroll down to see that people have probably already suggested that rainbows have rich symbolism elsewhere too.

@The Lazy One:
The Borg are smart, unlike fundies.
Fundies are mentally like Pakleds, and emotionally like Klingons.

Florida and a few other states are starting to lighten up a bit. Also, isn't purple a godly color? Much better than the baby-shit yellow and brown the Xians got going on.

If your Bible wasn't plain wrong, that verse would read:
Male, female, intersexed, Turner Syndrome, XXY, XYY, hromonaly affected, gay, straight, transexual, asexual, polyamourous, lesbian and bisexual created He them.

The verses where God married Adam and Eve are the most beautiful in all the Bible.

This map makes me proud to be an Iowan. Behold how we float in the sea of intolerance. Okay, so it's actually thanks to the Iowa supreme court that the state allows homosexual marriage and if the proposal had been voted on, it would probably have failed. Man, now I'm not so proud to be an Iowan. I guess that's FSTDT for me for every comical entry, there's a disturbing one.

A side note: Aside from looking unseaworthy the picture of the Ark looks like it should have a My Little Pony in the foreground.
