Gays have the right to tell someone they're gay, just as a Baptist has the right to tell someone they're a Baptist. Gays don't have the right to hit on someone after they've been told to stop. McDonald's has the right to fire someone who does that, just as they has the right to fire a heterosexual male if he bothers other female employees and customers. That's called "sexual harassment", and it is illegal for both gays and straights.

This could be considered vote buying, which is very illegal. It carries a fine of up to $10000, and up to 5 years imprisonment. That's on the Federal level, which includes D.C. States, and some localities also have their own laws concerning it as well.
