I think this person is actually confusing gays with homophobes. Homophobes increase bullying, at least anti-gay bullying; homophobes create confused children, by spreading misinformation about GLBT issues and suppressing or opposing the spread of factual information; homophobes increase the spread of AIDS by making straight people believe that it's a "gay disease" so they don't have to worry about it, by creating stigma around it so that people are afraid to get tested and so continue spreading it, and I would estimate a significant proportion of them also oppose things like comprehensive sex education and the promotion of condoms.

I don't think most of them can be said to decrease the population, except for the violent ones. Although I suppose if they oppose things like lesbians being able to use sperm banks, that would be decreasing the potential population? So yeah. 3 or 4 out of 4 for homophobes, 0 out of 4 for gay people. I diagnose projection.
