Beachwear? What a poor excuse. Did woman had beachwear back in the bible days? Bikinis? God ways does not change with culture and culture is made up of man's ideas. You are just another victim that was made believe thru culture that it is ok to barely cover your self. Are the man at the beach any different from the one's on the street? You provoke man to look at you in lustful ways and sin. The word of God talks about not making others sin.

I don't think they had pants back in biblical times either: Everybody take off your trousers or suffer God's wrath!

Apparently, BE doesn't realize the plural of Man is Men. Of course, he/she doesn't realize much of anything.

You are just another victim that was made believe thru culture that it is ok to make an ass of yourself on the online world. Are the people on the internet any different from the one's on the street? You annoy men with your retarded asshole-ery and ignorant ways. The word of God talks about loving your neighbor.\"

Because sex was a painful, uncomfortable process back in the old days. It's only been recently, since women started wearing beachwear, that men have been sexually attracted to women. Unfortunately, I think it's a problem that's going to go on for several years, especially now that women have discovered how much fun abortions are.

Did people even go to the beach in Biblical times? I thought tanning was sort of a faux pas back then.

I'm pretty sure they swam naked, actually.

If they swam.

Tell that to fundamentalist Muslims, who force women to wear the burqa, even though it is more cultural than religious. Tell that to the millions of Christians around the globe who celebrate certain holidays differently according to their country and culture. You are an imbecile.

Do you wear robes?, did in the Bible times use computers?. If you´re unable to answer that, don´t talk about consistency.

If I remember well, Eve wore virtually nothing and Jesus was clear on the fact that, whatever lustful thought you have IT´S YOUR FAULT.By the way, did people use back then computers?.

From time to time, some fundies appear at my doorstep, and try to proselytize me.

Almost always, they are very finely dressed with shirt&tie, and cleanly shaved.

Did men wear neckties in the bible days? And as far as I remember, the Bible forbids a man to cut his beard... (Leviticus 19:27)

No. When they went swimming, it was in the buff.

And weren’t there a lot of things in the Bible days that God said he wasn’t too keen on? So that doesn’t necessarily make it okay with God just ‘cause it was done back then.

Nobody can provoke another to do bad behavior. You either have free will or you dont. As far as beachwear goes, its the fucking desert, i doubt anyone would WANT to wear beachwear.

Wasn't Adam and Eve completely naked? Is that what you mean with it not being OK to barely cover yourself? You should not cover yourself at all? The body God gave you is beautiful in itself, and should not be hidden or seen as an embarrassment?

"Did man have beachwear back in the Bible days? Is the woman at the beach any different from the ones on the street? You provoke woman to look at you in lustful ways and sin. The word of God talks about not making others sin."
Fixed that bit for you, I even fixed most of the grammatical errors.

No one lives as they did in Bible days, do they? And "Bible days" is relative, when and where?

The people of Rome had a much higher standard of living than other cultures and had no huge nudity hang ups.

"Did woman had beachwear back in the bible days? Bikinis?" Absolutely! Minoan women in 1600BC wore them. That's a thousand years before the bible was even written!

What about men's beachwear? Don't they provoke women to look at them in lustful ways?
