No God=/=no morality.
"No morality" doesn't lead to "no consequences" (e.g. it's not necessarily morally wrong to piss on an electric wire...).
"No consequences" contradicts "control".
"No morality" contradicts "is good".
No support for idea that "you are nothing" which is an assumption that needs to be made to make leap from population control to killing in order to control population.
Finally, is this really the worst case scenario in a world that is supposedly without consequences and morality? Euthanizing old people? Do I dare ask for more creativity?

God = no morality of your own = no resistance to dehumanization = abortion is bad because women are nothing but men's property = demonizing their sexuality is necessary = religious murder to control disobedient women is OK = honor killings should be mandatory.
