Plate Tectonics SUPPORTS my point, doesnt counter it. If the mountains were much flatter and lower(which I believe they were) then the possibility of a world-wide flood increases exponentially. Raise the sea beds, lower the mountains. You got enough water for a world-wide flood. Which by the way would also rip apart any evidence of billions of years.

I have to give him half credit here. Land masses and sections of oceanic crust are flatter before they go through an orogenic event, but they weren't mountains at that point.

Saying mountains are flatter before becoming mountains is like saying toast is softer before you put it in a toaster. It's softer because it's not toast, it's just sliced bread.
