The logic is easy to follow if you have accepted as an axiomatic fact that mixing the sexes is a violation of sexual purity. It goes like this:

There exists no society where there are zero documented instances of rape, divorce, prostitution etc. If you think that the optimum state of existence is to segregate the sexes - something which is impossible to do - then you can always point to particular instances of impropriety and claim that they are the result of not maintaining the perfect state of segregation. It is impossible to satisfy this mullah's demands, so he has an instant scapegoat for ALL cases of sexual "sin".

It doesn't make any sense to someone with a properly functioning mind, of course, but sadly this guy has no trouble finding confirmation of his nonsensical thesis that segregating the sexes is what they should aim for.
