Fact: Kent Hovind tried to hide income from the IRS, something of which they're known to take a dim view.
Fact: He was convicted of tax evasion and sentenced to jail.
Fact: All of the evidence is in the public record. Look it up.
If you are trying to make the argument that not everything is as it looks with your "cow and bucket" reference, that's why investigators research things before laying charges that have to then be proven in court.
Hovind is a lying sack of shit who got what he deserved. Case closed.

So in other words, as long as he is defending your beliefs, it doesn't matter what kind of person he is character wise.
