Yeah. That's "I know evolution is true because of the evidence, but I want to believe God exists too and did what he said, so this is how I reconcile it", not "I have to say 'believe' when saying evolution is true because it's a matter of faith". Evolution very well could have been created by God since it doesn't explain the origin of life (something you would do well to remember). Evidence doesn't point that way, but that's not something you're concerned with anyway.

The Bible is public domain, you don't own it, didn't write it and no-one holds a copyright on it. Anybody can quote the Bible for any purpose they please. keny certainly took outrageous liberties with some passages meanings
And if you people weren't so prone to cherry picking thing out of context you wouldn't keep using cheap tricks like pulling two words out of a full statement to alter the full statements meaning. The Belief implied in that sentence is that God created evolution, not that evolution is the belief

The bumper sticker tells me that on the surface there is nothing about the theory of evolution that conflicts with the idea of God. Evolution does not try to explain the origins of life, just its diversity. Only idiots insisting on a literal interpretation of Genesis have a problem with evolution.
As to the headline for the Time magazine article, it was to grab people's attention. It obviously got yours. As to the religious nature of the quote, the Bible is the most oft quoted book in English literature. It's done as a literary device, and is not an indication the person writing has any belief in your religion.
Issac is a moron. A simple visit to his ridiculous website will confirm it to anyone with a brain.
