Quote# 6739

haha. No, that was the label I was assigned. I am clearly not afraid of homos. They are obviously sick, freaks of nature, and need compassion and medical care. I guess that view makes me a 'homophobe.' This is how the left works. How come I don't go around calling people that think homosexuality is wonderful and should be 'celebrated' heterophobes? Perhaps I should start. Kenji is a heterophobe.

Your "heterophobia" would imply fear/hatred of straight relationships, not tollerance of gay relationships

"How come I don't go around calling people that think homosexuality is wonderful and should be 'celebrated' heterophobes?"

Because the vast majority of them also think heterosexual love, bisexuality, and even asexuality can be wonderful and should be celebrated. I don't think you get it.

And how is calling something a sick freak of nature that distant from being afraid of that thing?

They are not freaks of nature. You, however are a freak of society.

What makes a person a 'homophobe' isn't being afraid of homosexuals; it's being afraid of BEING a homosexual. IE A homophobe is a person that is so afraid of their own homosexuality that they lash out at other gay people to 'prove' that they can be not gay.
