In the same way I, and everyone here on FSTDT (as well as every Atheist, Agnostic, Buddhist, Wiccan etc - and decent Christian & Muslim out there) are asking ourselves 'Why do a bunch of right-wing fundies spend so much time imposing their 'morals', and way of thinking upon people who don't want your idea of a Theocracy? I AM a christian and I have no problem posting here from time to time. Believing in God does not means that I must agree with everything a bunch of fringe fundamentalists say.

If someone is an idiot or a jerk, they don't follow religions, they use them to justify their hang-ups and hatreds. And give everyone who tries to really follow their faith without bothering others a bad name.
