Indonesia has one of the highest incidences of persecuted Christians in the world.

You know, considering that Christians and Muslims worship the same god, you just called your god non-existent.
Also, just because Christians are persecuted somewhere in the world doesn't mean they are persecuted everywhere. Cut out that damn persecution complex already.
And America has a high incidence of persecuted muslims. The lesson? Stop persecuting people, then you can claim some moral high ground, until then STFU.

He couldn't give a stuff about all the people killed in the rais, but he wanted his very own war to better daddy's (who actually was a real war veteran as opposed to the feather-bedded GW) and was encouraged into it by the war-mongerers who were his advisers.
We've turned Iraq from a secular dictatorship into a sectarian, riven state. We've turned Afghanistan into a fragmented country (and a never-ending drain on life and resource) and we've turned our nations US/UK into much less free states. All done by christian leaders.

Unlike those peace-loving, live-and-let-live European Christians, Muslims have always wanted to impose themselves on the rest of the world. All you have to do is look at a world map circa 1925 or so to see how real the threat of Muslim conquest ... oh, wait.
Actually, Christians are persecuted throughout the Islamic world, especially in Saudi Arabia (death penalty), Iran, Egypt (The Muslim President of Egypt appoints the Pope of the Coptic Christian church, among other things, and security forces do not respond to calls from Christian neighbourhoods), Pakistan (harassed by police and the military on a daily basis), Malaysia (second-class citizens, forbidden from running for public office), and several other countries. Even Turkey, that epitome of Secular Islam, is not free from this phenomenon.
This particular fundie might just have a point, especially given the links of several peak Islamic-American bodies (esp. CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations) to various terrorist groups (CAIR, for example, has particularly strong links to Hamas).
