Lyndie England while not at all responsible for the policies she was ordered to carry out still has the responsibility of not having refused those orders. You cannot accept and carry out illegal and immoral orders and then claim to have no responsibility. We hung people for war crimes after WW-II who tried to use that defence. Worse the pictures published of that sickening lapse of morals shows her having a good time and enjoying herself while dehumanizing those given into her charge.
She has proven her lack of humanity, unlike 95% of those who follow Islam. Personally I would throw the beer in her face and then step onto that elevator without any qualms.

You know, ever since the Abu Ghraib scandal, serving prison and parole probation, and dishonorably discharged out of the Army, Lynndie England has been living in private seclusion in Fort Ashby, West Virginia.
Even though she doesn't get out too often because of her notoriety, she still has some family and friends to lean on and I don't think she would want to share a beer over something she went to prison over.
