No, stay out in the sun all day everyday and you'll get a major sunburn. If my boyfriend and I had a child together it would be white, just like the two of us, regaurdless of how often I tan.
And what about the whites living in south Africa? I once met a gentleman from South Africa. If skin colour changes over a few generations like you said, then why is his skin whiter than mine?

You do realize you talking about evolution playing no part in skin color and then went on to use adaptation, a fundamental aspect of evolution, in your explanation of how skin color changes?
And you even did that wrong. It's not progressive - a change in skin color of the parents will not cause darker skin in the offspring. That was shown to be wrong ages ago.

There is an easy way to test his theory.
1. Have him stand under a blade. Let the blade fall.
His flesh and bone will adapt to the blade, healing over the stump where his hand used to be.
2. Do the same to his spouse.
3. Have them procreate.
If his child only has one hand, he is right.
