How awful. Even if I did believe in a Rapture, I would not ever want to forget loved ones left behind nor would I be so selfish as to expect them to put aside their views to make me happy.
Also, its really presumptuous to think that those who choose not to follow your beliefs are uncaring or selfish. They may be doing what is best for themselves, but that doesn't mean they are assholes like you coco.

What about all the pain and grief you cause -us- by being so fucking concerned about something we're NOT concerned with and may not believe in? What about when you find out some close relative is an atheist and you react so badly that your relative wishes s/he'd just kept living a lie? Do you not care about what our lives are like living through these things? Your concern for our 'next life' ruins our experience of this life (the one that really matters to us).
