In Dante's Inferno, the atheists, scientists, and philosophers WERE in hell, but they were in the outer ring. They were not actively tormented, they just had to live with the knowledge that they were stuck there forever.

Even if this is troll/poe, the sentiment is genuine. And I can see where they're coming from. The thought that atheists and non-Christians can live as they want, doing what they want - which OF COURSE involves constant gay sex and baby-killing - AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!! is just too much.
