Obama is a Christian who has belonged to the Trinity United Church of Christ for over 20 years. The whole "Obama is a Muslim" crap started with a lying ultra right-wing magazine called "Insight" and was picked up by Fox. It was debunked by CNN (Fox acknowledged they were full of crap but refused to run a retraction), but apparently there are some holier-than-thou fundamentalist lunatics who are so sure God supports McCain that they think they have God's permission to lie.

Hey, The Truth, I'm in Kentucky and I haven't worshipped chickens since Reno's, the world's best place for buffalo wings, shut down years ago.
My mom, however, does live in Laurel County, where the annual "World Chicken Festival" has just taken place. Judging by that, maybe it's a Church of Christ thing.
