Sharia law mandates that there must be a trial before a punishment is carried out thus if you suspect someone of being infidel without the person specifically saying so and without sufficient evidence then a death sentence cannot be carried out but if the person is publicly flaunting ifidelness and if it can be proved, without a doubt, that they are infidels then the death penalty can and must be carried out.

I'm not sure this guy means in the present day. He doesn't even say that biblical law SHOULD be applied. If the bible says there must be a trial, and that homosexuality is punishable by death, then that's what the bible says.
It doesn't make it right- but it does make it a little less funide.
If you can find one place in this quote that he says biblical law should be applied, I'll change my stance on this.
