It feels like the "going down" feeling on a roller coaster. This started happening more frequently and it got more intense to the point where it took my breath away.
What you're describing sounds exactly like a panic attack, or possibly the beginnings of a faint. Seek psychiatric help, and get your heart and blood pressure checked out while you're at it.

It really doesn't help that you're apparently superstitious and highly suggestible in the first place. What you're dealing with is a mental issue, not a spiritual one, but you may very well be making it worse by ascribing it to demons and their ilk.
