This is ridiculous. Someone told you why they think it's wrong to cut down trees and you automatically start rambling about sins. I hate to burst your bubble, but the bible is not the end all and be of all of right and wrong. Just because your faith doesn't require you not cut down trees in order to get to your Heaven, doesn't mean it's okay to do so. And frankly, I am appalled at how you jump at the opportunity to act like a maniac just because you don't believe your god will punish you for that behavior. It's a decent example of a Christian who is held in check out of fear, but really wants to go crazy and do whatever he wants with no care of how it effects others.

Since I see no 11th commandment that states "No one should use creation for energy" I think I will use nuclear energy and dump the radioactive waste in rivers. And since there is no 12th commandment saying "No one should eat radioactive fish" I will dine on salmon and swordfish and cod and flounder all the rest of my days. Which probably won't be very many.
