Quote# 37057

Homosexuals in the Workplace. I could write a book on that topic. Years ago a homosexual asked me at least once a week when will we go out for drinks. At first I politely declined. He was determined and persistent. Finally I complained to a supervisor about his behavior. His employment was terminated the next day. I later learned that I was not the first person he harassed in that manner. He was warned on several other occasions about his behavior. I felt bad about his losing his job but he brought it upon himself.

I too witness every day the evil, arrogant, constant fowl mouthed comments of my coworkers. I try very hard to be the shining light but the deep darkness surrounding me every day is almost too much to bear. Quitting is not an option for me because I can not find another job that pays near as much as I earn now. I witness to them at every opportunity but my witnessing to them only seems to increase their behavior. It seems that they go out of their way to mock my faith. I pray continuously for them and for God to deliver me from them. I know that I am there for a reason. Perhaps one day my example will bear fruits.

Here's a tip. Try leaving them alone and they will leave you alone.

Daniel's a little slow in the Cause and Effect Department.

"Fowl mouthed comments"? Oh dear god forbid, were they talking about CHICKENS???

Also, I think I need to fix something there...

"I witness AT them at every opportunity but my witnessing to them only seems to increase their behavior." Ah, much better.

I have been banned from RR. Went there to check out Daniel.

I should never used polysyllabic words in my posts. A dead give away.

"You have been banned for the following reason:
Troll

Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

These people have a very limited sense of humor. And they are going to live forever, very bored.

You know, SEXUAL harrasment isn't the ONLY kind of harassment that's prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended....

I am surprised you haven't been brought up on harassment charges about "Religious persecution" at the work place. Go take your bible whoring aka 'witnessing' out of the workplace. Keep your nose out of their business, and who knows, maybe they will leave you alone too.

So your coworker kept hitting on you despite your clear request that he stop. That's sexual harassment, and said coworker should have been fired for it.

HOWEVER, your coworkers are probably well aware of your religious views, no thanks to your "effort" to "hide" it. You, too, ought to be fired for harassment of your coworkers.

I'm sure you'd get a lot less ridicule if you stopped harassing them about your faith. You whine about a homosexual harassing you and then you turn around and do the same thing to others? Seriously... get a mirror.

Lying for Jesus is still lying. Even if there really was someone who was sexually harassing you, I seriously doubt he would have been fired immediately, especially considering everyone's patience with your fucknuttery.

"Homosexuals in the Workplace. I could write a book on that topic"

Please don't.

If it happened the way you say, yes, he deserved to loose his job. But men and women harrass each other all the time. It isn't a homosexual thing. The majority of gays will leave you alone if you just tell them once you aren't interested.

The first part is kind of sad, really, and actually shows a small amount of tolerance that is so rare here. The second paragraph, however, just suggests the standard fundy pre-occupation with getting everyone around them to behave exactly as they do. Oh well...

"Perhaps one day my example will bear fruits"...

Can I say I it? Dare I say it?

Okay I will.

Daniel, I think if nothing else, your example has attracted fruits.

Why do I get the feeling that Daniel would start ranting about liberal feminists if a man got fired for sexually harassing a woman?

Interesting.

I work an a place that has a larger percentage of gays than the population at large.
I find that they are very modest and very clean in their speech.
I also find that coworkers often go out for drinks, just to relax at the end of the day. Or maybe to discuss something that happened.
Again, somehow they all know I am uninterested in other guys.

If you preached to me, you would get a good bible education, for example that Jesus was a false prophet, even if he might have been a nice guy. The messiah has not come, and you should be shunned your polytheism and idolatry.

You still have a chance for the Bosom of Abraham; Renounce Jesus!

So, let me get this gay... "go out for drinks" means "wanna have buttseks"?

It's a perfectly normal thing for coworkers to go out after work and have buttseks - I mean drinks! - and unwind after a long, hard... smooth shaft... I mean a long hard day! Aw, screw it. You found us out, Daniel!

It shames me to share the same first name as you.

I am so sick of the lying for Jesus bullshit.

What did he do, blow kisses at you whenever you tried to tell him he was an evil, hell bound sinner?

And maybe you should spend a little more time working and a little less telling your co-workers that they're going to hell. Anyway, why worry about the pay? Doesn't god say he'll take care of you? Or do you not have complete faith in your god?

Read the entire thread. It seems that every manager in America is a lesbian. And I thought mine was more of a cougar. And tech support is full of wiccans?
